Make Ahead Quick Mixes

I am in love with this idea: instead of buying instant pancake mix, brownie mix, etc--make your own! I found a blog with tons of recipes and I am starting to try them slowly. (I think there are other posts with more than just what you see.) I'll let you know as I go, but I just mixed up a good pancake mix to try out tomorrow. It was super easy and very inexpensive, plus a way to use my food storage. I altered her recipe to use some of my alternative grain flours. I'll have to update you on how that goes.
